Step 1
Turn it on, click again will activate the backlight.
Tap and Hold both “+” “-” buttons to switch between ℉ and ℃.
Step 2
Select your target in recommended 6 settings.
During the icon flashing, press “+” or “-” to customize your target temperature.
Step 3
Insert the probe into meat and get the reading.
Please don't leave the thermometer in the oven.
Step 4
Over Temp Remind.
While current temperature > Target temperature, the screen will flash with backlight to remind you.
