Our marquee light up letters /number lights are powered by 2XAA batteries so they are not too oversized and will not need to be plugged into an electrical outlet. Please install the batteries correctly according to the illustration at the bottom of the battery box.

Take out the batteries to prevent liquid leakage when storing or not using the letter lights for a long time. And dispose of used batteries according to regulations to protect the environment.

Built-In ON /OFF Button Back (Toggle Switch)

There is a toggle switch on the back of the battery box on the letter light for manual control, with a service life of 10,000 times.

Turning off the letter lights when leaving the room or not needed will prolong battery life and save energy.

Hook Up

Hang Hole on the back of the letters, which can be hung on hooks with a diameter of less than 5mm and a bearing capacity of more than 0.5kg.

Troubleshooting Guide

1. The light won’t turn on

Possible Cause:

A Batteries are not installed or inserted incorrectly

Solution: Open the battery compartment and check if the batteries are installed according to the polarity (+/-) markings.

B Possible Cause: Batteries are dead or low

Solution: Replace with fresh AA batteries (ensure all batteries are of the same brand/type).

C Possible Cause: Power switch is not fully in the “ON” position

Solution: Slide the power switch fully to the “ON” side until it clicks.

2. Light is dim or flickering

Possible Cause:

A: Weak batteries Solution: Replace with new high-quality batteries.

B: Possible Cause: Battery contact points are dirty or oxidized

Solution: Clean the battery terminals with a dry cloth or cotton swab.

3. Only part of the light is working

Possible Cause:

A: Some LED beads inside are loose or damaged

Solution: Ask us for a help

B: Possible Cause: Internal wiring issue from transit impact

Solution: Gently press around the light body to test for reconnection. Note: Product is not user-serviceable. Please do not attempt to disassemble.

4.Uneven color or color variation

Possible Cause:

A: Ambient Light Influence: LED lights may appear warmer or cooler depending on the surrounding lighting (e.g., indoor warm light vs. outdoor natural daylight).

B: Surface Reflection: The surface color or texture of the background (such as walls or furniture) can affect how the light color is perceived.

C: Viewing Angle & Distance: The angle and distance from which the light is viewed can also result in a different color perception.
