Details: This single-origin coffee hits all the traditional rich and creamy Brazilian notes, but in true Bodum style, we sought out small-scale producers. Our search led us to Fazendas Dutra, a family-run, organic farm in Matas de Minas. Passionate about sustainability and specialty grade coffee, they cultivate coffee harmoniously with the environment, using hand-harvesting, solar energy. and eucalyptus trees for drying. This artisanal process yields some of Brazil's best coffee. Expect chocolaty notes, a lingering aftertaste of vanilla, caramel, milk chocolate, and a soft, buttery mouthfeel.
